Growing Families MinistryWe have all heard the old saying, ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ but have you ever considered an entire ministry dedicated to raising the children that will one day lead our church? This is a ministry that is focused on raising children, managing life, and simply being a family in this crazy busy world we live in.

NurseryEvery Sunday morning we have a staffed nursery for children. All children ages 0 through 2 years are welcome to come and play while parents have the opportunity to worship God.

Wedding/Baby Shower MinistryYou never know when there will be a wedding or baby to come along in our congregation. This is an “as needed” ministry that needs help with the planning and coordinating people for showers for brides to be and mothers to be. It is such a blessing to be on the receiving end of this ministry, and it is a joy to be on the planning & giving side.

Children's Bible Hour MinistryWhat an amazing opportunity to teach children how and why we participate in worship. To be able to see them understand the Word of God on their level is a gift. This ministry is vital to the future of the church as we provide a growth opportunity to them while older youth & adults are in worship and learning on their level. Please consider taking part in helping with the kiddos and keeping the love of God alive for generations to come.

Greeter MinistryThere are few experiences on this earth that are like visiting a church and NO ONE speaks a word to you or acknowledges you are even there. There are even fewer experiences on earth like being a member at a congregation and having no one speak to you. This is not likely to happen here, but it is ALWAYS good to be met at the door by a smiling face, a handshake, and given a bulletin and outline for the sermon. Please join our team of volunteers on the Greeter Ministry in making everyone feel welcome and loved every WEEK!

Monday Night for the MasterElliott Dunn

This is a beast of a ministry and it takes many hands to make light work for this type of ministry. Our congregation gets together on select Monday nights (and a couple of Sunday nights) throughout the year to do the work of our Master! There is a meal provided and these women KNOW HOW TO COOK!!! After the meal we have a few brief announcements before we go off into our smaller groups to work for the Master.
Kitchen Help - Setting up, cleaning up, preparing food, and having more fun than you can imagine.
Childcare - The children of our workers are cared for during the evening so their parents/grandparents can serve in their areas.
Card Writing - This group of fun loving people sit around and write cards to our visitors, members with upcoming birthdays, those who are ill or in the hospital, missionaries, ones we don’t see much of anymore, and so many more. We have a TON of laughs and great conversation.
Visitation/Messaging - This group spends time contacting our members who could use encouragement as well as recent visitors. They do this by various means such as calling, texting, or visiting.
Prayer Group - This is a powerful group of people that gather to pray for our church growth, for the lost, our members in need, our church leaders, our missionaries, and our nation, to name a few.
Service - This group gets together to work on various building maintenance projects or different types of service projects that are requested.
