Blood Drive

The Sand Springs Church of Christ is teaming up with the Oklahoma Blood Institute to host a blood drive on December 7th along side our Monday Night for the Master program! OBI will be accepting donations from 5pm - 8pm, and each donor will receive a t-shirt. Our MNFTM crew will provide dinner from 6pm - 6:30pm and childcare from 6:30 - 8pm for anyone interested. Some tips to help ensure a successful donation:
    · Eat well, especially iron rich foods
    · Get a good night’s rest
    · Drink plenty of fluids
